Welcome to our corner in this webpage! It aims at bringing the objectives, activities and products of our ERASMUS + project: MEETING POINT: LEONARDO DA VINCI to light.

The partner schools: IES Carlo María Carafa, S. Sint Ursula and IES La Rábida have identified the need to raise awareness regarding local Cultural and Natural Heritage and European cultural referents, specifically, Leonardo Da Vinci, on his 500th death anniversary.

We hope our project and the information below will help you to know us and our Cultural and Natural Heritage better, to recognize Da Vinci´s work influence on our society and to find inspiration to continue learning and growing as an European citizen.

Although initially planned as a two year project, COVID has forced us to postpone some of our mobilities and our project will be running for another year.

HUELVA, CRADLE OF FIRST EXPEDITIONARY TRIPS TO AMERICA (November 11th – 15th)

12 students from each partner school met in Huelva in our first short exchange meeting.

IES La Rábida organized different activities in order to help students to:

-Gain a deeper knowledge of our cultural and natural heritage, thus developing positive attitudes towards their preservation.

-Recognize Da Vinci’s work influence on our society, thus strenghthening European bonds and sense of community.
